HOPES can no longer mail prescriptions to patients within the OptumRx network.
OptumRx is a pharmacy benefits manager which contracts with insurance companies to provide pharmacy benefits throughout their network. Unfortunately, as a participant within the network, we are prohibited from mailing prescriptions and suspending this service. HOPES pharmacy is actively pursuing solutions with OptumRx and until a resolution is reached our primary focus is your health and wellbeing.
Please contact HOPES pharmacy staff for medication pick up options and if you live in the Reno/Sparks area we offer free medication delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and will notify all patients once a resolution is reached.
