Michelle Newman, Deputy Attorney General from the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, Bureau of Consumer Protection, gave a presentation on recent fraud trends such as Identity Theft, IRS impersonation calls, credit card skimmers, and other scams. She also talked about how consumers can protect themselves as well as the importance of Consumer Protection complaints and how to make them.
