Mary Austin, who began practicing medicine in 2023 and is board-certified as an AGPCNP-BC, is passionate about healthcare. Her journey, starting from a CNA to becoming a nurse practitioner, reflects her deep-rooted belief that providing healthcare to all individuals is one of the most important contributions one can make. Mary’s commitment to holistic healthcare is emphasized by her board certification, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient well-being.
Mary joined HOPES because she wanted to work for an organization that understands healthcare is not just medical care. She values HOPES’ recognition that healthcare involves all aspects of a person, and she feels truly supported in providing holistic healthcare at HOPES. Personal Interests:
Mary likes to hike, run, practice yoga, and read. Her happy place is the mountains and she tries to get there as often as possible. Mary has 2 boys who keep her busy and she feels like she’s taught something new every day. Her dream is to backpack the Pacific Crest Trail one day.
