The Walk-In Clinic does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.

PAYING FOR CARE

HOPES takes most insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. HOPES also cares for uninsured patients. If you don’t have insurance, we use a sliding fee scale which adjusts cost based on what you can afford to pay. Our Intake and Eligibility team meets with all new patients to make sure they can get the care they need.

Services offered at Walk-In Clinic:

  • Primary medical care needs – access to become a HOPES Patient
  • Laboratory services
  • Acute concerns (NOT emergency care)
    • Cough, sore throat, eye infections, ear infections, wounds, colds, respiratory infections, allergies, headaches, urinary tract infection/symptoms, and more.
  • Medication, onsite pharmacy
  • Sexual health (STI testing, birth control, pregnancy tests)
  • HIV exposure (PEP)—Post Exposure Prophylaxis
  • PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis)
  • Some acute/urgent/emergency conditions/symptoms may require transport to hospital Emergency Department—We do not provide emergency services!
