This Giving Tuesday, on December 3, 2024, Northern Nevada HOPES invites you to join us in supporting the residents of Hope Springs with our Care & Comfort Donation Drive-Thru. This special event will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Jerry Smith Community Wellness Center on E. 4th St., directly across from our bridge housing community, Hope Springs, where your donations can make a real impact.

- Join Us for the Donation Drive-Thru
Mark your calendar for December 3 and join us at The Jerry Smith Community Wellness Center from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to drop off donations in person. We’ll be ready to greet you, making it a quick and meaningful way to get involved. - Give Online
Prefer to make a financial gift? You can donate here or explore our online Hope Springs Wish List for items needed to help support our residents’ daily needs. - Shop Local or Online for Donations
From November 18 to 27, drop off donations of comfort and care items at either our W 5th St. or E. 4th St. locations. Your contributions go directly to those who need them most, enhancing the quality of life for our residents. - Spread the Word
Help us reach more people by sharing this campaign on social media with the hashtag #GivingTuesdayHOPES. Each post helps to raise awareness, reminding others of the importance of generosity and community support.
Why Give on Giving Tuesday?
Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement that encourages people and organizations to come together to create positive change. By supporting Hope Springs, you’re contributing to our bridge housing program, which provides individuals previously experiencing homelessness safe housing and wrap-around services for community members who need stability to build healthier lives. Donations of comfort and personal care items help our residents feel supported, reducing anxiety and boosting their overall mental health.

- “I am very grateful for everything that I have received here at Hope Springs. When I first got here, things like toothpaste, deodorant, body wash and more played a huge part in making me feel like a person again. The bedding and furniture made me feel safe and like I had somewhere that I could call home for the first time in years. Things like a new jacket made it so that I can do things like go to the medical appointments and just take a walk outside and enjoy myself instead of having to hurry to get back inside where it was warm. ” – Mia W.
