open position: Chief Financial Officer
Northern Nevada HOPES seeks a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee all financial operations, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Team, senior leadership, and the board of directors to drive organizational strategy. The CFO will manage compliance for federal and state contracts, private grants, and financial functions across departments, including Finance, Billing, and the HR components of 401k, payroll, and employee insurance.
