Dr. Eithne-Marie Barton has a longstanding passion for community service, particularly for underserved populations. Throughout her medical education, she envisioned working at a federally qualified health center like HOPES. Today she remains committed to providing access to high quality healthcare for all individuals. The challenges brought by COVID underscored existing healthcare inequities, reinforcing the crucial mission of ensuring healthy communities through affordable and high-quality healthcare for everyone.
Dr. Barton joined HOPES due to the organization’s alignment with her passion. HOPES provides comprehensive medical, behavioral health, and case management services to all patients, reflecting a commitment to inclusivity and kindness—a rarity in today’s medical landscape. She feels privileged to contribute to such meaningful work at HOPES.
