Manage your patient account
All current HOPES patients can use the patient portal account to send their doctor, or any medical provider, a message; pay a bill; set up appointment reminders; see test results; and join a telehealth visit. After you become a patient, HOPES will provide you with portal login information.

Onsite pharmacy
Our 5th Street clinic has a pharmacy located on the first floor for your convenience. You can request a refill for many prescriptions through the patient portal or by phone.
Walk-in clinic
If you are a HOPES patient in need of a same-day appointment for acute/non-urgent medical care, you may call to see if we have an opening available, or just come to either HOPES clinic and wait to be seen for a visit, on a first-come, first-served basis. Wait times may vary, and we cannot guarantee you will be seen.

- Who can access this service?
- Any existing patient that has an appointment scheduled at HOPES (Any patient under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult).
- How can patients schedule their own Uber ride for an appointment?
- Patients can call the HOPES main line and press Ext.6015 to be directed to the scheduling department. Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
- Can patients/staff members request a ride for the same day?
- No. we ask that staff and/or patients schedule at least one business day ahead of time and no more than 30 days before the scheduled appointment.
